wjat natural remedies, herbs, foods or supplements etc will help lower blood pressure?

I just found out I have early signs of retinopathy in my eye due to likely blood pressure he said.

Cayenne and Garlic...Hawthorne, Ginger, Motherwort....there are more...but the first 2...specifically I have seen work quite well...best used together - also helps with cholesterol. Cayenne is amazing for overall circulation. Blood sugar issues obviously need to be addressed...are you on meds? If not can be handled natually if you are sincere about dietary/lifestyle changes. I'd also drink more water to keep things 'moving' including you blood etc...(dehydration can contribute to higher blood pressures)

Is there an alternative medication or natural herb to use rather than prescription antibiotics?
