Shizuoka Japan

my friend lives in japan, and i need to get their #, they live on 194-2 munadaka oigawa-cho,shidagun shizuoka?
Write them if you can't find a way.. send it express.. and they would reply..I just got a reply from a friend and i got their numbers. it took a week before she got my letter because I don't live in Japan now, but it worked. and she contacted me by phone because I gave them the number to call me.. I don't think she would be happy putting her address publicly..
another suggestion is go to yahoo chat, Japan chat and ask anyone who is living in that area. there are many Japanese and foreigners in Japan who use yahoo chat.. try it..
maybe they don't have landline number at all..they might be using mobile phones etc..
good day!
