I've eaten just some red Kidney beans and a cup of tea ok dont get angry with me if I have a small pizza will?
I gain weight or should I just stick what I've just eaten?
p.s I'm not on a diet its only what I can keep down without feeling sick.
2500 is a myth and i don't know what pizza u r eating that only has 190 calories.
but tea and beans are not a meal.
if you feel sick,its cool for now but if this is how you always eat...knock it off and hit the grocery store.
you can make a super well balanced low fat/carb/calorie/hig protien meal that comes in at 600 cal easy.
and 1800 a day is a solid number,2500 is why half of america is FAT.
for ex - grilled beef/chicken,green veg/salsa
no cheese/exrra salt/potatoes or frying/no butter
1200-1400 IS DOABLE IF YOU ARE NOT SUPER ACTIVE AND ALREADY SUPER SKINNY.
2500...holy crap bro,you better do more than ass sit in an ofice and watch tv when you get home!!
