Hi guys, I bought a pack of this tea about a week ago, anyone have any comments on this website?
Do you think it will really lose me some fat?

Green tea is said by some to be helpful for weight loss, but I've not heard of anyone that had significant results with a green tea product (w/o also exercising and watching what they eat)...
However, green tea has antioxidants and other good qualities so it's not a bad thing to drink/take...just may not do much for actual weight loss by itself...
