is green tea extracted from the same plant as ordinary black tea?
i am alergic to black tea's leaves, therefore i want to make sure that drinking green tea is harmless to me.
Both are prepared from the same leaves only. Black tea is allowed 30 minutes for fermentation or oxidation process. At that time a natural proteolytic enzyme will become an another enzyme which cause black colour. In green tea, after harvesting immediately it is dried and packed. The allergy may be due to the particular enzyme. Are u satisfied?
