How would you describe my character?
I don't know if there is a name for some of the beliefs that I have toward health but is there a word for it....say "traditional."
I'm a person who likes to look to the past for how people cared for the body-the remedies they used from various cultures-the herbs(whether looking for natural toothpaste-whatever) before everything became commercialized.....I'm not big on chemicals when it comes to the body. How would you describe this way of thinking???
