Curious about Yerba Mate as a euphoric drink?
It's crushed holly leaves (not just any ilex, as there may be some poison kinds); but you can get it at any health food store. It makes best in a french press, if you don't have the traditional gourd and silver straw... brew until golden, enjoy! Perfectly legal, and better than green tea for you!
