Tapioca Pearl! Can Someone Please Help Me!?! ?
I am making Boba tea, or Bubble tea as some may call it, and I'm having trouble cooking the tapioca pearls. I don't have a rice cooker like it suggests. Will it work stovetop? I tried that and the pearls melted. What do I do?
Everything came in a kit so it's all supposed to work together
I figured it out. I started over again this time using a lot more water. Before I didn't use a lot of water. Thanks!

If they melt after this process, you have the wrong pearls.

I use to make it in a store in NY and the pearls never melted.
We didn't use a rice cooker.
We boiled them in water.
If they are melting, somethings wrong with the pearls.
