Word
general room of thumb is a teaspoon per cup, i make myself my own tea so i use a heaping teaspoon
3:02 watch the strainer, how clumsy!!! especially with dragonwell which i know is expensive hehe
Thanks very much… that was very interesting & just what I was looking for. 5 stars
Nice tea texture
3 minutes? you must be using a very light variety.
god, i hate the way these videos are..dont get me wrong, the information can actually be quite helpful but its so slow…
if you brew Lung Ching just right, at least to my taste it’s nutty, with a sweet after taste that lingers in your pallet for a long time making you crave more… but it’s hard to find the right water to use, tap water actually brings out a better flavor than filtered water i find. Which is a bit frustrating.
@Gimpsmack it’s best to experiment since nobody shares the same taste buds. you’ll know when you get the right water, temp, amount and timings for any one variety of tea.
